Your company contact information can be provided on the Contact Info page. You can access this page by clicking on the Account tab and Contact Info sub-category.
Here you can specify the following details.
Company Contact Info - Here you specify your Business and Customer Service phone number and email address. The Business contact info will be used by 2Checkout if we need to contact your regarding your account. The Customer Service contact info will be provided to your buyers if they contact us and require assistance with the product or service that they ordered.
Mailing and Physical Address - This information was originally provided in your application when you opened the account. Any changes to your address information should be done here. We will not provide your address information to the buyer.
Please Note: You will need to notify 2Checkout of any changes that you make to your business or personal information by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can review the changes.
