Your company information can be changed on the Site Management page. You can access this page by clicking on the Account tab and Site Management sub-category.
Here under the Company Information section, you can change the following details:
Company Name - Your company name that is displayed on the checkout page and listed in the buyer’s sales email confirmation.
Soft Descriptor - Transaction identifier that will appear on the buyer’s credit card statement to identify the transaction.
Site Title - Your site title. (Used by 2Checkout, not provided to the buyer.)
Site Description - Your site description. (Used by 2Checkout, not provided to the buyer.)
Site Category - Your site category. (Used by 2Checkout, not provided to the buyer.)
Please Note: You will need to notify 2Checkout of any changes that you make to your business or personal information by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can review the changes.
