Avangate Contest for New Affiliates
All new Affiliates registered in the Avangate Affiliate Program who comply with the rules mentioned below are automatically eligible for the Avangate Contest for New Affiliates ("Contest"). The Avangate Contest for New Affiliates is a special and limited marketing program organized by Avangate BV, a Netherland company ("Avangate") that allows the Affiliates to participate and win prices according to the following rules:
1. The Contest will be valid in the following period July 5th, 2013(the "Starting Date") and August 14th, 2013 (the "Closing Date").
2. The Contest is open to all new affiliates of Avangate, registered in the Avangate Affiliate Program during the Contest run time July 5th 2013(the "Starting Date") and August 14th, 2013 (the "Closing Date").
3. To be eligible and participate to this Contest, each participant has to sign-up and become an Affiliate according to the Avangate Affiliate Program, not has any other Avangate affiliate account already registered in the Avangate Affiliate Program and promotes the Products from merchants indicated below in section 6. Participating Merchants . The winner will be the affiliate that will generate the highest number of orders, during the Contest validity period according to the Avangate Affiliate Program, a minimum of 50 orders.
4. There will be 1 winner and the prize will be a PlayStation®4 console, pre-ordered on Amazon and shipped as soon as it will be released on the market by the retailer.
In case there will be more than 1 Affiliate that will generate at least 50 referred orders the winner will be the Affiliate according to the volumes generated from referred orders. All prizes not awarded will remain with Avangate. The prizes will be shipped by Avangate starting August 2013 to the address specified by each affiliate upon registration. Shipping costs will be supported by Avangate.
5. Avangate eBooks Giveaway
To enter the eBooks Giveaway competition participants must fulfill the following requirements either on Facebook or Twitter:
A. Facebook entry
a. Be registered in the Avangate Affiliate System
b. Like our Avangate Affiliates Network Facebook Fan Page
c. Share our contest announcement on the personal Facebook wall OR on the business Fan Page.
B. Twitter entry
a. Be registered in the Avangate Affiliate System
b. Follow @AffiliateDoc
c. Tweet about your participation in the Avangate contest by using the hashtag #affiliatecontest
There will be 30 winners chosen at random from Facebook and Twitter participants and announced on August 19th. The entries will be reviewed by the Avangate Affiliate Manager and if they comply with the eligibility criteria mentioned above they will receive an eBook that will be sent to the participant in maximum 5 working days after the winners’ announcement. The prizes will be shipped by Avangate starting August 2013 to the address specified by each affiliate upon registration. Shipping costs will be supported by Avangate.

7. The winner(s) agree to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities which Avangate may reasonably require in connection with the Contest and Avangate shall have the right to use each winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information and website for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Contest in all media without further notice and without the need to make any payment to any winner for such use.
8. The law applicable is the Nederland law and all and any disputes will be settling at the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Nederland.
