eCommerce Industry Veteran Brian Stewart Joins Avangate Team
Stewart to Bring Vast Industry Experience to Lead North American Sales
Redwood Shores, CA – March 15, 2012 – Avangate, the agile eCommerce solutions provider trusted by Software and SaaS companies to grow their business worldwide through any channel and any model, today announced the addition of Brian Stewart as VP of Sales for the North American region. Stewart brings over a decade of industry experience in eCommerce and Payments, as well as sales leadership from companies like Digital River and VeriSign.
The addition of Stewart to the sales team reflects Avangate’s continued investment and growth in North America. Stewart brings deep eCommerce experience spanning software, SaaS and gaming industries from his previous roles including positions as Director of Sales/Head of North American Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) Segment at Digital River, Business Development Manager at Global Collect, and sales leadership positions at VeriSign.
