About DigiCom

DigiCom is the first eCommerce software for Joomla that allows you to sell your digital product beautifully. With DigiCom, you can sell single and bundle products, allow them to download through its own download manager, and comes with a built-in powerful reporting system.

How to integrate DigiCom with 2Checkout

DigiCom Settings:

  1. Log into your Joomla Admin
  2. Navigate to Extension -> Plugin
  3. Select 2Checkout -> DigiCom Pay Plugin
  4. Under Status select Enable
  5. Enter your Seller ID (2Checkout account ID number)
  6. Enter your Secret Word
  7. Set Demo Mode to Off
  8. Assign the plugin a name, so users can recognize it as a payment method during checkout. Default is “2Checkout”
  9. Click Save
  10. Navigate to DigiCom Settings
  11. Under Buying Process select your default payment method.

2Checkout Settings:

  1. Sign in to your 2Checkout Account
  2. Click Account -> Site Management
  3. Under Direct Return, select Given links back to my website or Header Redirect
  4. Enter the following value for your Approved URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_digicom&task=cart.processPayment&processor=2checkout (replace yourdomain.com with your actual site URL)
  5. Enter your Secret Word (must be the same value you entered in your Joomla admin)
  6. Click Save Changes
  7. Click the Notifications button. See the following guide for the location of the Notifications button: http://help.2checkout.com/articles/FAQ/Where-is-the-Notifications-Tab/
  8. Enter http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?option=com_digicom&task=cart.processPayment&processor=2checkout in the Global URL field, then click Apply (replace www.yourdomain.com with your actual site URL)
  9. Enable all of the messages.
  10. Click Save Changes
