How to integrate Magic Members with 2Checkout

Magic Members Settings:

  1. Sign in to your Magic Members admin
  2. Click Payment Settings
  3. Under Payment Modules activate 2Checkout
  4. Click 2Checkout tab
  5. Enter your 2Checkout Vendor ID (2Checkout account number)
  6. Enter your Secret Word (Must be the same value entered on your 2Checkout Site Management page.)
  7. Enter your API username and password (additional user that you setup in your 2Checkout account. API username will require both “API Access” and “API Updating” permissions. Instructions for creating API-only usernames can be reviewed here.)
  8. Select the currency you are selling in (Must be the same currency selected as your pricing currency on your 2Checkout Site Management page.)
  9. Make note of your Success/Approved URL and INS/Silent Post Back URL (These will be used in your 2Checkout settings.)
  10. Click Update Settings
  11. Here you must check your products created in your 2Checkout account, click Members and then click Subscription Options. Here your must check 2Checkout under Payment Settings ? Use Modules and add the 2Checkout assigned product ID (2CO ID) to each product under the 2Checkout Settings ? Product ID field


2Checkout Settings:

  1. Sign in to your 2Checkout account
  2. Create your products under the Products tab by clicking the Create subcategory. Instructions on creating recurring products can be found in our User Guide
  3. Click the Account tab and Site Management subcategory
  4. Under Direct Return select Given links back to my website
  5. Set the Approved URL to your Success/Approved URL copied from your Magic Members admin
  6. Enter your Secret Word (Must be the same value entered in your Magic Members admin.)
  7. Click Save Changes
  8. Click the Account tab and User Management subcategory
  9. Click the Create Username link and create a new username with API Access and API Updating selected for the Access type
  10. Click the Notifications tab
  11. Enable the all messages
  12. Enter your INS/Silent Post Back URL copied from your Magic Members admin as the global URL and apply
  13. Save your changes
