How to integrate Shopify with 2Checkout

Shopify Settings:

  1. Login to your Shopify admin.
  2. Under Settings select Checkout.
  3. Under the Select a Credit Card Gateway dropdown, select 2Checkout and click Activate.
  4. Under 2Checkout click Edit.
  5. Enter your 2Checkout Account Number.
  6. Enter your Secret Word (Must be the same value entered on your 2Checkout Site Management page.)
  7. Check “Use test mode” to place demo sales or leave unchecked for live sales.
  8. Save your changes.


2Checkout Settings:

  1. Sign in to your 2Checkout account.
  2. Click the Account tab and Site Management subcategory.
  3. Set Demo mode to Off for live sales or Parameter if you will be testing with demo sales.
  4. Under Direct Return select Header Redirect.
  5. Enter your Secret Word (Must be the same value entered in your Shopify admin.)
  6. Click Save Changes.
  7. Click the Notifications tab.
  8. Ensure all notifications are disabled.

Important Note: To avoid potential delays with account activation, ensure that you have created your store in Shopify, and that your store is visible so that the required reviews can take place.
