What is Customer Experience?

The result of a customer’s interaction with and opinion about a brand. Depending on the brand’s customer engagement strategies, the benefits or outcome as a result of using that brand – whether it’s a service or product – can be either positive or negative. No matter what, it is highly important to take care of customers and maintain a strong and trusting relationship with them. Leave room for improvement and listen to their voice. The way they think about a brand impacts how they view its business as a whole.
