Right of withdrawal

Verifone Payments B.V. (formerly known as Avangate B.V.) or Avangate Inc. or any of its affiliates doing business under the name 2Checkout (each "2Checkout," "We," "Us" or "Our") act as an authorized reseller of a variety of partners, including, without limitation, the sale of licenses for software and subscriptions or licenses for digital content, software as a service, e-books and media products ("Products") and will be the merchant of record for Your order and purchase through this website and/or through Our mobile app (individually and collectively, the "Website").

Your use of the Products is subject to the End User License Agreement (" EULA") or specific terms and conditions provided by our partners and applicable for the use of the Products and the 2Checkout Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, the 2Checkout Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, are collectively known as the "Agreement."

We herein inform You about Your right of withdrawal for any purchase of Products you make via the Website from Us in Your capacity as Consumer. Consumer means a natural person who is acting outside the scope of an economic activity (trade, business, craft, liberal profession). The terms "You" and "Your" refer to you, individually, acting as a Consumer.

If You are a resident of the European Economic Area, the right of withdrawal applies to any purchase of Products as follows:

1. In respect to any digital content Products, which are available for immediate download, by clicking the 'buy' button, You consent to Our immediate performance of this Agreement and acknowledge that You will lose Your right to withdraw from the Agreement once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun.
2. In respect of Products supplied on a tangible medium, You have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving reasons, for a period of 14 days, starting on the da the Product(s) was/were received. In this case, the following provisions will apply.
3. To exercise Your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us by means of a clear statement (via post to Singel 250, 4th floor, 1016AB Amsterdam or via email to support@2checkout.com). For this, we provide you with the model withdrawal form available under the following link: withdrawal form. However, the use of this form is not obligatory.
4. During the withdrawal period, You must handle the Product and the packaging carefully. You may only unpack or use the Product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and operation. The basic principle here is that the Consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store.
5. You are only liable for the value reduction of the Product resulting from any use of the Product beyond the permitted use described under section 4. You are not liable for the value reduction of the Product if We did not provide You with any legally required information about the right of withdrawal prior to or at the time of the conclusion of the Agreement.
6. We will notify You of the receipt of Your withdrawal notification without delay and We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after receipt of Your withdrawal notification. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method You originally used, and no fees will incur for the reimbursement.
7. You are obliged to return the Products supplied on a tangible medium without any undue delay and in any event within no more than 14 days after the date on which you notified Us of the withdrawal. We may refuse to make the reimbursement until we have received back the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
