Conversion rate shows the percentage of visitors/users who “convert” on the action of a webpage or campaign.
How Does a Conversion Rate Work?
Actions taken by a visitor may include purchasing, submitting a form, downloading content, calling a telephone number, or making an extended site visit. To find out the conversion rate, just take the number of conversions you have and divide it by the number of orders you have.
